Terms of sale and licence
These terms cover Stopline Trade Manager and Stopline Trade Manager EZ, for MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Who sells it, and where
BSM Equity Pty Ltd, Australia, sells the products only on the MQL5 Market. Every purchase and rental also follows MQL5's Rules of Using the Market Service, and MQL5 handles the payment, the licence and the download.
What a purchase gives you
- The product for the platform you bought: MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4 are separate products, and a purchase of one does not include the other.
- Installation on 10 computers (activations), the number shown on the product page when you buy. A new computer, a new operating system or new hardware uses one activation.
- Every update, free. Updates are installed from the Purchased section of MetaTrader's Market tab.
- Prices: Stopline Trade Manager EZ US$30, one-time payment. Stopline Trade Manager US$49, one-time payment (launch price for the first 10 copies of each version, then US$99). You pay on the MQL5 Market, in US dollars.
Rent
Stopline Trade Manager can be rented for 1 month for US$30, on its product page. A rental gives you the full panel on your own live or demo charts for that month. Stopline Trade Manager EZ is sold only as a purchase.
Refunds and fixes
Purchases on the MQL5 Market cannot be returned. If the product does not work as described, write in the product's Comments tab or to support@stoplinetrademanager.com with what you did and what happened. Within one month of purchase, MQL5's rules give you the right to ask for the error to be fixed or the product to be brought in line with its description. We answer within 24 hours.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law of your own country.
Licence
You may use the product on your own MetaTrader terminals, within your activations. You may not copy, resell, share, modify or decompile it.
What it is
Stopline Trade Manager is software. It sizes and places the orders you set up and manages them by the rules you choose. It offers no trading account, holds no money and gives no advice or trade recommendations: you decide every trade. Trading carries a risk of loss. A stop or a daily loss limit can act at a worse price than the one you set, for example when the price gaps.
How to uninstall
- Remove the panel from every chart. MetaTrader 5: right-click the chart, choose List of Expert Advisors, select the panel and remove it. MetaTrader 4: right-click the chart, choose Expert Advisors, then Remove.
- Delete the product: in the Navigator, under Expert Advisors and Market, right-click it and choose Delete. Or open the data folder (File, Open Data Folder) and delete its file in
MQL5\Experts\Market\(MQL4\Experts\Market\on MetaTrader 4). - To remove your settings, presets, saved levels and journal too, delete its folder in the same data folder:
MQL5\Files\StoplineTradeManager\orMQL5\Files\StoplineTradeManagerEZ\(MQL4\Files\...on MetaTrader 4). Screenshots you took are inFiles\Stopline Screenshots\.
Deleting the product does not give an activation back. You can install it again from the Purchased section of the Market tab, within your activations.
